The current Maremondo, a symbol of the lordly past of Santander, was recently refurbished by the local studio Olalde. Curvilinear silhouettes predominate in the space. No sharp edges here. Everything is smooth and undulates like the mesmerizing Cantabrian sea in the background. When choosing the furniture, Olalde turned to Expormim.
Frames armchairs, chairs and folding screens, by Jaime Hayon, Huma armchairs by Mario Ruiz, Gres high and low stools by Miguel Milá and Radial armchairs by Studio Expormim prove once again how tradition and modernity can easily get along.
