The result of this first collaboration with Roberto Lazzeroni is Meridies, a Latin word that refers to the cool, shady place where one goes to rest during the hottest hours of the day. Crafted in FSC®-certified sapele wood and shaped by the language of rattan, its modules, sofas and armchairs combine craftsmanship and Mediterraneandesign in enveloping forms with cushions and semicircular backrests. The armchairs, also designed in aluminium, offer the same visual lightness with greater durability for outdoor living.“Meridies is a border collection conceived to bridge the distance between outdoor and indoor spaces.”
